Allevare Pinot Nero, un sogno diventato realtà. Colore rosso rubino brillante, scarico, con i caratteristici riflessi caldi tendenti al granato, raffinato ed elegante, caratterizzato dal profumo di frutti a bacca rossa, 
dona una sensazione di pulizia e freschezza, rimanendo in bocca morbido ed equilibrato e non molto corposo.

La scelta del bianco è stata dettata dal terroir e dalla ricerca di un vitigno nobile, che come il Pinot Nero, avesse eleganza e personalità; il risultato è stato Riesling Renano.
Considerato da molti il miglior vitigno a bacca bianca del mondo, coltivato in Germania già nel XV secolo, ha dimostrato di avere un’eccellente resistenza all’invecchiamento.
Di colore giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli, asciutto, fresco, leggermente aromatico, vivo profumato e persistente, elegante con leggero sentore di idrocarburo, tipico di questa varietà.
Le bottiglie sono numerate a mano.

Raising Pinot Noir, a dream come true. Bright ruby red colour, pale, with the characteristic warm reflections tending towards garnet, refined and elegant, characterized by the scent of red berries, it gives a sensation of cleanliness and freshness, remaining soft and balanced in the mouth and not very full-bodied.

The choice of white was dictated by the terroir and the search for a noble grape variety, which like Pinot Noir, had elegance and personality; the result was Riesling Renano.
Considered by many to be the best white grape variety in the world, cultivated in Germany as early as the 15th century, it has proven to have excellent resistance to aging. Straw yellow in color with greenish 
reflections, dry, fresh, slightly aromatic, lively, perfumed and persistent, elegant with a light hint of hydrocarbon, typical of this variety. The bottles are numbered by hand.
